Social Workers from Eddy Alzheimer's Services will be available to speak one-on-one with caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Through the Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Initiative, they will provide information and guidance to help you with your caregiving journey. This program is supported by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
