 Learn to nourish the body by making lifelong nutritional changes. What is a nutrient dense, Anti-Inflammatory diet and what does it consist of? Learn what inflammation is and why it contributes to conditions such as allergies, joint pain, arthritis, colitis, asthma and weight gain. Anne Marie Lisa, Certified Nutritional Counselor, will share her knowledge about the relationship between stress and food.
