Sharon Bassage from WFL-BOCES will be taking us on a guided tour in her portable planetarium, which allows kids to see some of the spectacular sights of the solar system and beyond. Different things kids will see include the following:  The planets which can be selected and zoomed in to see a closer image  The moon and its phases  Deep space objects such as galaxies and nebulas  Meteors, comets, or asteroids  Constellations of the night sky Because the planetarium is SO BIG, we have to offer this event at the Alex Eligh Community Center: 303 East Ave, Newark. There will be 4 different session, each 45 minutes long. Registration required and space is very limited. Session #1: 9AM - 10 openings Session #2: 10AM - 10 openings Session #3: 11AM - 10 openings Session #4: 12PM - 30 openings
