What is journaling? Whether itís in a notebook, blog or sketchpad, journaling can help you lead a whole and fulfilling life, as well as be a way to keep track of goals, your life activities, and dreams. Many writers use journaling to inspire their fiction and memoirs. A journal can be anything you want it to be!

In this 5- part series, award-winning author, Janine De Tillio Cammarata will explore the many different ways to journal. Topics covered: types of journals and how to personalize them, photo collage, exploring life purpose, emotional well-being, personal diary, bullet journaling, creating stories, and much more.

**Participants should bring a blank journal/notebook and a pen.
