Goosebumps Claws!
Author
R.L. Stine
Summary
I liked this book. Mickey Coe and Amanda Underwood are in charge of their vacationing neighbor's cat, Bella. All they have to do is make sure she has enough to eat and does not destroy the house. Seems simple enough. But Bella escapes from the house and is hit by a truck. Mickey feels awful. Amanda has an idea to replace the cat with a look-alike from the local pet store, Cat Heaven. They find a cat that looks exactly like Bella, but the clerk will not sell it to them. So they decide to steal it. Big mistake! These cats are more what they seem to be. The cat act weird which makes the end of the story way more intense.

I loved this book! It's about June, a prodigy, and Day, a criminal. When Day is framed for killing June's Brother, June wants revenge. But the book takes a turn of events and ends differently than you would expect it to. I love how the author, Marie Lu, writes the chapters from the points of view of both main characters, alternating for every chapter. The way she writes it, you see the characters from both points of view and you don't know which side to pick.
