There are many types of fitness that we need to practice throughout our lives. Physical fitness is what commonly comes to mind, but we also have to be cognizant of nutritional fitness, spiritual fitness, and psychological fitness. Specialists from St. Charles Hospital will be here to talk to us about ways we can “keep fit” in these areas. There will also be free blood pressure screenings.
Spiritual Resilience -- The ability to recover from life’s difficulties using one’s inner resources, developed by an intentional focus on reflection, personal growth as the search for ultimate/sacred meaning, and a sense of awe/wonderment and reverence toward the universe. Please join us as we talk about tending to our spiritual resilience and well-being.
