Yes I would recommend this book to a friend because this book showed me that anything is possible. This book is about two girls and both sisters. Cora protects Ruby from her mother. Cora goes to college and never sees Ruby again, until an unexpected visit from social services puts them in the same house. This a true tale of miracles and healing.
Best Part of Book
The best part of this book was when Ruby met Gervais. Extreme hatred is shown toward judgemental and immature Gervais as he rides in Nate's car with Ruby. Ruby still doesn't like Gervais until one day he grows up a little bit to make sure that Ruby passes her calculus test. Gervais and Ruby become friends, teaching Ruby that anyone can be a hero.

Yes I would recommend this book to a friend because this book was very original and thoughtful in its metaphors for life. The ideas of the factions as in for example Candor the expressive ones or Eurdite the intelligent taught me that life doesn't have to be a certain way. The faction-less taught me that you should be given options. Overall, this book seemed to be a philosophic book embodied in a fiction book. I think that anyone looking for a novel that can help show you the way to a healthier life should read this book.
Best Part of Book
The best part of the book was when Tobias and Tris decided to escape the walls of the city despite Evelyn's orders not to. Although this may have been an act of defiance, it taught me that not all defiance is bad. A choice-free life is not a life all. And following that statement, Tris and Tobias want a life now. They wanted to know what was outside of their experiment to educate themselves. And even "genetically damaged" people still want an education.

I would recommend this book to a friend because it dealt with true love in a society where everything was chosen for you, including when you died, who you loved, and what job you had. It was a major eye opener for me because it taught me that you can be scared of a force above you but you don't have to let yourself be controlled by it. Cassia might be scared of the Society, the group of highly-terrifying Officials and Officers ruling Cassia's world, but she can still rebel against them by her thoughts, can't she?
Best Part of Book
The best part of the book was when Cassia finds out the secrets of what her Society is really doing. Actions such as relocating people that have broken laws to "better jobs" in wars, or the poisoning of a person's food once that person reaches 80 years old really had an impact on Cassia and on the perfect society that Cassia thought she knew. As she finds out more about the cruel workings of her society and world, she discovers a very hard lesson. For me, I enjoyed this part, and to watch Cassia question what she really did know is a part of being a teenager. Questioning your powers as a teenager is a part of growing up and wanting to make your own choices is a part of living. This made me feel that all humanity is connected by some instinct whichever instinct that may be.

YES! It's a fun entertaining read with lots of comedy and,cod course, come romance. I loved the mystery (even though it was obvious to me who SN was).
Best Part of Book
Having Jessie as a narrator. I also love Ethan. The conversations that Jessie has with SN are sometimes hilarious!

This a unique book. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this book to just any friend, maybe one who likes unexpected twists in a story. This was a very interesting book as its plot is very drastic, meaning that the book opens up with Kristen deceased and that her best friend, Abbey, searching for closure at a cemetery.
Best Part of Book
The best part of the book was when Abbey really faces Kristen's death as reality. As weird as that sounds, I do believe that it really helped Abbey to see herself changing into dark colored clothes and combat boots. I also think that seeing how Kristen was the only one in their school that understood her that really helped her function better. The realization of her best friend's unfortunate death helps her to make it through to the end of the book in which things get a little strange.

Yes I would definitely recommend this book to a friend. This book gives a better definition of love than any dictionary can provide. As Stephenie Meyer defines the word "love", love is confusing, true, and unrealistic. As Bella starts noticing another human, the book turns into a love triangle. However, both the creature and the human have true love occurring with Bella, making the plot of this book twist and slip into more of a paradox. Yet, this kind of extreme true love is highly unlikely as the chances that one might fall in love with a creature like Edward is very slim.
Best Part of Book
The best part of the book was when Edward was pushing Bella to take part in human experiences she was missing out on, for example, college. Although living in this secret world of vampires made Bella extremely happy, I also believe that it would be healthy to engage in activities that are truly human. Edward requests her go to one or two years of college which seems the most vital part of the book. I think that Edward was asking for this in hopes that Bella will find something better. Edward loves Bella but I perceive that he doesn't think this is a healthy relationship for Bella.

Yes. Is just so action packed and amazing.
Characters are great. There's a great twist at the end!
Best Part of Book
I love the concept of the book. Not that the world is a good one- but the fact that she came up with it is genius!
The love triangle was funny, haven't seen one in awhile.

I wouldn't recommend this book to just any friend. The friend I would be recommending this book to would have to be a good at inferencing as there is abundant hidden symbolism in this book. Also, such symbolism, I found, isn't very obvious until you have collected all of the information the book provides, meaning that I had to reach the ending before full comprehension of the book. Although, this book was very well-written and excellent. I especially enjoyed having Holden as narrator.
Best Part of Book
The best part of the book was when finds out his mishap all throughout this book. His former English teacher, Mr. Antolini, tells Holden about how one day, he will find out his mishap. I never felt Holden was never very moral-oriented in his upbringing nor in the time of Holden's life that this book was written in. I thought it was very interesting for him to learn his mishap. I feel that learning this mishap was the only moral he needed to save him from further defeat.

Yes I would recommend this group to a friend because the two characters experience true love during their darkest of times. Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters are both cancer patients and both a little bit unhealthy however still find true love. I find this impossible as I thought being a cancer patient would take away the freedom to do anything. But not in Hazel Grace's and Augustus Waters'cases. Finding true love isn't easy but this book has shown me that you can love someone no matter who you are and what you suffer from.
Best Part of Book
My favorite part of this book was when Hazel Grace met Augustus Waters. Although reluctant, she eventually had a bond with him and I found it remarkable.
