Description
Directed by: Pelin Esmer
Country: Turkey
Haunted by a tragic incident, Nihat isolated himself by becoming a fire warden in a remote observation tower far out in the wilderness. Seher lives in a makeshift room at a rural bus station, and she has taken a job as a bus hostess to escape her own traumatic past. Destined to come to a crossroads, they go about their solitary lives until their fates collide. Beginning at first as muted antagonism, their relationship quickly turns into tender domesticity as they settle together at Nihat's mountain-side watchtower. Yet the weight of the past presses on the silence between them, serving as the ultimate catalyst in their impassioned relationship with each other, and with higher powers that guide their spiritual lives.

100 minutes. In Turkish with English subtitles
Winner: Best Actress, Best Director, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Cinematography, Adana Golden Boll Film Festival

This Kripalu Yoga class is led by Michael Doherty, certified Kripalu Yoga instructor. Kripalu Yoga utilizes breathing techniques, (pranayama), postures, (asanas), meditation and relaxation as a vehicle to find better balance in one's body and in everyday living.  It works on the muscular-skeletal systems as well as the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, immune, and nervous systems.

A regular practice of yoga has been shown to produce physical benefits including reduced anxiety, stress, and blood pressure levels, and increased flexibility, strength, endurance, energy, and relaxation levels.

Experience this compassionate approach to yoga and join Michael on an exploration of self-discovery and transformation without having to twist your body into a pretzel.  These enriching classes are open to beginners as well as well seasoned practitioners.
