This is the Inside component of a two-part program. Local canal expert Bill Rider will be speaking about canal history in the community. The Outside component will follow on August 24 at 1:30 in the afternoon with a canal lock tour, a walk, and a look at the canal artifacts held at the Newark Arcadia Historical Society. You must provide your own transportation to this event. Registration is requested but not required.
