Back by popular demand! Certified Yoga Teacher, Alana Andresen-Seeman will introduce you to the breathing techniques and series of postures that make up yoga. Yoga can be an effective method for reducing stress, and toning your body. All abilities are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. In person registration required with $20 check or money order payable to Sayville Library.
All participants must sign a waiver.
