This book is not what I was expecting. This book is so many things. It gives ma a Different perspective of the selection, how it feels to be the one choosing. Seeing America and Maxon as parents, instead of just King and Queen. The satisfaction of the castes finally coming to an end. It's nice to see everyone in the past 3 books as grown up, different people, and how Eadlyn sees them in her eyes and exactly how much she knows about them. The ending of this book threw me, for 2 reasons. Because of unexpected health of a person, and because I can't even guess at who Eadlyn will marry.
